Economic-Financial evaluation of invested projects in ports

The project has involved the design and development of:

- a software tool (MEINFO; Method of Assessment-IT) for the development and full implementation of the procedure of the new method of evaluating investments in ports, Consultrans prepared for the Public Entity Puertos del Estado, and

- a training plan (MEFOR; Evaluation Method-Training), which, supported by documentation of the evaluation method and its software tool to facilitate knowledge, understanding and practical application of the method by those responsible in the Port Authorities and Puertos del Estado.
