Electronic ID Services Offer in Spain

The main project aim is to identify the barriers and motivations for citizens and service companies to adopt the E-ID. Study scope consists of documentary analysis of secondary sources; research from analysis of entity webs (public and private), offering services to citizens and companies through E-ID; and execution of an empirical phase or primary information collection using in-depth interview techniques and discussion groups.
