The Consortium Consultrans-CDI has presented to FESUR the first part of the Study of the Master Plan for investments in railways of Gran Concepción (Chile) municipality, which has a temporary horizon of 20 years (2020-2040)
This delivery made is the basis of the study since a diagnosis of the current state of the infrastructure and of the transport supply and demand in terms of both passengers and goods is made.
This analysis will allow us to make an investment proposal that help to improve the Gran Concepción transport system by responding to the future needs of both users and freight companies.
All this will make the railway one of the structuring pillars of passenger and freight transport in Gran Concepción.
